Hey all,
I've noticed things are rather... dead... lately. We all have offline lives and live in different time zones, which further complicates things. I'm going to level here - the overarching problem, though, is that Furcadia is dying a slow death unless DEP can somehow REALLY turn things around with the 32-bit update (whenever they decide to release it, that is). In short, we need new people, and Furcadia itself doesn't seem to be bringing in many new players. I really, really hope I'm wrong about the state of things - y'all have worked so hard for this dream and I want it to continue. This isn't a bash against the dream or anything, so please don't take it that way. I just don't get the warm fuzzies about DEP right now.
That being said, do you honestly feel that there is any interest in a forum-based dinosaur RP so everyone can continue to RP together? I'm mulling over the idea. Honestly, I'm not 100% sold on the idea of devoting the time and energy into creating/running it, because I've seen most boards fail rather spectacularly. I've been looking online to see if there are any existing ones out there devoted specifically to dinos, but I've been unable to find any.
